It’s been a while since I last wrote here, and there’s a reason for that. I’ve been experiencing the closure of many cycles in my life—cycles that have come to an end, which is both exciting and a bit scary as I begin new things.
One of the main changes was leaving a workplace that had been my home for nearly eight years. This place was very dear to me and supported me through some of the most challenging times in my personal life. Saying goodbye to the people I saw every day and coming to terms with this change was a process I needed to go through.
One tool that helped me close this chapter was what I call a “goodbye letter.” In this letter, I expressed my gratitude to this amazing place and the people there, thanking them for everything they taught me. I also reassured myself that both the workplace and I were ready for something new.
As I prepared to write this post, I began to come across several videos on Instagram from Dr. Joe Dispenza. He talks about synchronicity, awareness, life cycles, and how our energy guides us through what’s possible. This resonated deeply with me because it aligns with my journey. I’ve been continuously working on myself—being aware of who I am, embracing both the good and the bad, and focusing on shifting my energy toward positive outcomes.
The synchronicity of my new beginnings couldn’t have been better. This new chapter I’m stepping into is filled with wonderful possibilities that I’m excited to explore.
If you’re not familiar with Dr. Joe Dispenza and his teachings, I highly recommend checking them out. His YouTube videos and Instagram posts provide a scientific explanation of how changing your energy, thoughts, and programming can transform your life. As you experience these changes, you begin to see the world differently. You start viewing challenges as lessons, rather than becoming a victim of circumstances. Gradually, one small change leads to another, and before you know it, your life and energy have shifted in ways you couldn’t have imagined. When you look back, it’s unbelievable how much growth you’ve achieved.
What I want to leave you with is this: welcome and embrace change. Let go of the end of cycles, take the lessons you’ve learned into your future, and focus your energy on using those lessons to make your future even brighter and more abundant.
